EDWARDS, Mo. – Feb. 22, 2016 – The Automotive Communications Council (ACC) will produce a free webinar on must-have apps and solutions, held on March 8, 2016 at 2:00 pm Eastern.  The session will present new apps and solutions to increase productivity, project management, and social media/content creation and management.

“You hear about new apps and tech solutions every single second of the day, but life is too short and data is too precious. It’s hard to know which to download,” said Georgianne Dickey, Chair of the ACC’s Membership Track.  “This webinar will help identify which apps are the best out there to advance your business, and more importantly, how they work for your personal and professional needs.”

Agenda items for the webinar include:  Catapulting productivity using the latest apps and online solutions; getting comfortable with new project management platforms; learning how to smartly manage your social media engagement; as well as new apps that are “must-haves.”

Attendees of the 1-hour webinar will earn 0.1 CEU credits towards the AAP/MAAP professional designation from the University of the Aftermarket.  The webinar is open to anyone with involvement in the automotive industry.  ACC membership is not required.

The webinar will be led by Dahlia El Gazzar, who has more than a decade of experience in the meetings industry.  Dahlia has held roles on the planner side as well as on the supplier side. She has been known in the events industry as the ‘go-to’ source for tech news, and solutions for the busy event professionals. Her mission is to untether the busy professional from their desktop and office, and have them be more efficient and productive working from a beach in Mexico with an umbrella drink through their mobile device and smart solutions and apps.

This event is the second to date since the ACC relaunched its educational webinar series last December. The ACC aims to host informative webinars every other month, with content geared towards helping marketing communications professionals further their professional development.
